Worthy: Cultivating Enoughness From Within

Free Live Workshop: 5 Steps to create a joyful, empowered relationship with those goals.

Unconditional Self-Worth & Self-Love Change Everything

  • Decrease stress levels and increase the capacity to feel joy and inner peace
  • Create a more harmonious relationship with ANY goal - no more fighting and grinding to get the thing
  • Move through life with confidence and a feeling of internal safety

One of the most common challenges women face is the ability to feel unconditional self-love.

The fight for self-worth occurs on a personal, ancestral, and collective level.

"We were all born into the prison of ancestral and collective trauma, designed by the patriarchal ethos. The deepest trauma women experience under patriarchy is that our lives, our bodies, and our minds are not as valuable as men's. That we're worth LESS." - Valerie Rein

Challenges with low-self worth can manifest in a number of ways:

  • Overworking and burnout
  • High stress levels
  • Perfectionism and impossibly high standards
  • Attaching worth to performance or some other external variable
  • Feeling shame and intense self-criticism when faced with difficulties or setbacks
  • Constantly setting new, aggressive goals that feel stressful because they're fueled from a place of "not enough".
  • The inability to fully enjoy achievements

The Benefits:

  • Can create the ability to be more present and appreciative in everyday life
  • Can create a deeper sense of inner peace and relaxation
  • Can create a more playful, detached relationship with goals and ambitions.
  • Can lead to more consistent, aligned actions by releasing the tendency to procrastinate or self-sabotage
  • Clarity on true soul-desires instead of wants that have come from a place of ego or trying to prove something
